Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active aifoto account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. aifoto reserves the right to modify or revoke bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity.
The use of automated betting software, bots, collusion, or any other method that circumvents the integrity of the platform is strictly forbidden and may result in account closure.

21+ Only: aifoto strictly prohibits any person under 21 years of age from accessing or using the Platform. We employ age-verification technology and manual KYC review to enforce this policy. Any Account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
The Platform is not available to individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before doing so. aifoto shall bear no liability for any User accessing the Platform in violation of applicable local laws.
Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of aifoto, as well as immediate family members residing in the same household, are prohibited from opening an Account or participating in real-money wagering on the Platform.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any point thereafter is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or bank account ownership — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts for the same person — whether under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited. aifoto reserves the right to detect and merge or close duplicate Accounts and to withhold any funds derived from duplicate Account activity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must notify aifoto support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. aifoto shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
In compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) standards, aifoto requires all Users to complete identity verification before withdrawing funds. Required documents include:
KYC verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours of document submission during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays). aifoto may request additional documentation if the initial submission is incomplete or unclear.
aifoto reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation for accounts demonstrating high transaction volumes, unusual account activity, or as part of periodic compliance reviews. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

All transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). aifoto does not accept or process cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment services not listed in Section 5.1.
aifoto does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees. Users are responsible for any third-party charges levied by their financial institution.
aifoto may, at its sole discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:
aifoto employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of bonuses and, where fraud is evident, permanent Account closure:
Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements will expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion's individual terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your Account and cannot be reinstated.
All bets placed on aifoto are final once confirmed by the system. aifoto reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by event, market type, and User tier. aifoto reserves the right to impose individual stake restrictions on any Account at its sole discretion, including accounts suspected of exploiting pricing inefficiencies or engaging in arbitrage betting at scale.
All slot and casino games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing agencies. Game-specific rules, paytables, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed within each individual game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between on-screen display and server-side records, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative.
Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected sporting events. Given the real-time nature of live betting, aifoto cannot guarantee that all bets will be accepted at displayed odds. Odds update continuously and a bet is only confirmed once the Platform issues an explicit confirmation message. aifoto reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aifoto Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content available on the aifoto Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, game code, and compilation of content — is the exclusive property of aifoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of aifoto.
aifoto makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, internet disruptions, or force majeure events) may cause temporary Platform unavailability. aifoto shall not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aifoto's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that User during the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim giving rise to liability.
In no event shall aifoto be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if aifoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits aifoto's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by aifoto's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, including how we collect, store, process, and share your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform.
aifoto processes personal data in accordance with internationally recognized data protection principles, including purpose limitation, data minimization, and security by design. All personal data is stored on servers secured with industry-standard SSL encryption. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal information to unauthorized third parties.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting aifoto support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after settlement of all pending bets and deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered bank account within 5 business days.
aifoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via email and/or a prominent in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. If any amendment is unacceptable to you, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment's effective date.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming law as applied by the jurisdiction in which aifoto holds its international gaming license.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to binding arbitration administered by a recognized international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause shall prevent aifoto from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or platform integrity.
